"We used CONNEX: Event Innovators to assist in the organisation of the 9th Pacific Rim Bio-based Composites Symposium held in Rotorua. As a conference organisation committee comprising Australian and New Zealand-based researchers, we engaged CONNEX: Event Innovators to assist in the organisation of the conference.
In the 12 months leading up to the conference, CONNEX: Event Innovators ably assisted us with a number of arrangements including securing a host venue, facilities and catering, development of a website & brochure, advertising and conference sponsorship as well as working with the committee on organisational aspects and planning milestones. CONNEX: Event Innovators also arranged the collection of scientific papers, their compilation in conference proceedings and worked with us in developing the conference programme.
